Synopsis:

Ex-cop Jung-ho now works as a pimp and becomes worried when his girls keep disappearing. When one of his girls gets a call from a devious customer, a manhunt begins that eventually involves the whole police force on a desperate chase through the streets of Seoul. Based on a true story of a notorious Korean serial killer.
