Synopsis:

On the rebound from a love affair with Sang-kwon, Ji-sook joins two girlfriends on a trip to Kangwon Province. Sang-kwon seems to have moved on from his one true love, and decides to take a trip to ... Kangwon Province. As the ex-lovers meet, drunken spats and joyous flirtations proceed in true Hong Sang-soo style. 


Theme: Dramatic Relationships focuses on films that feature strong female characters and stories of their relationships with men and the world around them. Prominent independent and art house film directors are highlighted in the program, including Kim Ki-duk ('Birdcage Inn', 'Spring Summer Autumn Winter .. and Spring'), Hong Sang-soo ('The Power of Kangwon Province', 'Oki's Movie') and Im Sang-soo ('A Good Lawyer's Wife', 'The Housemaid').
