OH Sang-woo wroks at a private detective agency, taking pictures of people involved in illicit affairs. One day, he receives the unexpected news that his father, who left his deceased mother for another woman, has passed away and that he inherited all of his father’s debt. Having no compassion for his father, Sang-woo goes to look for his half-brother Bong-ku and his stepmother in order to find a way to pay back the debt. Finally, in a special private school, he finds Bong-ku, who is 12 years old but has a face to a late-thirties man due to Progeria Syndorme (a fatal disease which brings about premature aging).

This “old” younger brother seems to be useless for Sang-woo’s life. Nonetheless, to find his stepmother, Sang-woo decides that he needs Bong-ku and they start the uncomfortable journey. Meanwhile, Sang-woo is being threatened by a vicious cop, Captain JUNG, to pay back money he owes. Using Bong-ku’s perilous appearance, Sang-woo starts a new job of forcing debtors to pay up and it works out really well. These two ‘OH’ brothers, who had nothing in common except their belly buttons, gradually find a connection with each other and through Bong-ku, Sang-woo realizes that his father’s love for him existed.
