Korean Cultural Centre Australia is bringing you Korean meal kits so that you can start 2022 by discovering the delicious cuisine of Korea! Each kit contains ingredients for 12 menus, divided into 3 categories ‘beginner’, ‘intermediate’ and ‘advanced’. Please read through the details below and make an application

<How to participate>
Step 1. Application
Make an application through the button below. Anyone interested in learning more about Korean food can apply (Australian address only). The 12 meal boxes are provided for free and they made up of an assortment of dried ingredients and spices. You need to buy all the fresh ingredients to complete the recipes, such as meat, vegetables, eggs and oil.
Meal kits are planned to be delivered to provided address in January 2022 (with the chance of delay)

Step 2. Enjoy learning Korean food recipe with meal kit and video
Learn how to make 12 different Korean menu in the comfort of your own kitchen whenever the time suits you best. Each of the different dishes comes with a recipe in Korean and English, plus a QR code for a recipe video in Korean, subtitled in English. You can also click the name of each menu in the table below to watch recipe video. Finish your experience and share your thoughts by 6th Feb. (Refer Step 4 for detail)
Step 3. Online Live Class celebrating Lunar New Year 2022
To celebrate Lunar New Year 2022 together, we will also learn 4 menus out of 12 meal kits together as a live (online) for about an hour. Leave your questions on the comment during the live session and they will be answered.

Also, Click HERE and read carefully to know what ingredients you need to additionally prepare that’s not included in meal kits, and pre-preparation you’ll need to do in advance
Step 4. Share your experience and thoughts (by Feb 6)
– Share photos or videos of yourself enjoy making it, the finished dish on your social media (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube etc.) with tagging Korean Cultural Centre Australia’s account and hashtag (#kccaustralia). You can also choose to send them via email (food@koreanculture.org.au).
