Skylar Moon will also be incorporating the foundations of movement in dance, allowing participants to develop a solid understanding of the art form. 3. Choreography Session: Creating choreography for the dance break part.

– Keywords: Movement, Flow, Energy, Rhythm
1. Stretching
2. Warm-up with light rhythmic exercises
3. Choreography Session: Creating choreography based on rhythm, energy, and flow
4. Small group sharing session: Participants share their interpretations of the choreography in their own unique styles

– Workshop Level: Master
– Keywords: Movement, Flow, Relaxation, Smoothness, Freestyle
1. Stretching
2. Relaxing the body and exploring freestyle movements while listening to music
3. Choreography Session: Incorporating smooth movements and allowing participants to modify certain aspects of the choreography, such as arm and head movements, to suit their preferences. Focusing on musicality.
